November 11th – Veterans Day Parade in Long Beach

Military Families Speak Out (MFSO), Veterans for Peace (VFP) and their supporters are invited to participate in this year’s Veterans Day Parade in Long Beach on Saturday November 11, 2017.

Meet up with our groups on the parade route between 9:00 and 9:45 AM on South Street, between Deforest and Locust Ave’s (look for our banners and flag). Also, please wear your MFSO or VFP t-shirt.  If you do not have one, we will have some on hand.  We will have lunch after the parade at our table in the park.  Bring sandwiches to share, (drinks and chips provided).

Join us in honoring our family members in the military and remind the public that our organizations want our troops home now.  Sorry due to parade rules, no other signs are allowed.
